People who work well vs people who make money
A lot of people are greatly mistaken and regretful that if you work hard, you can be recognized. However, if you work in the professional world for a bit, you immediately realize that what is more important than ‘hard work’ is that you have to do ‘well’. If you work hard, your chances of doing well will increase, but to be honest, hard work does not guarantee good results 100%. What I can say for sure, though, is that not all people who tried to die were successful, but most of those who succeeded actually tried to die. First of all, effort is the basic of the basics.
Even in the professional world, there are new things to learn when you reach the top 10% level. It’s not about making a lot of money by working hard and doing well. The process of turning outcomes into purchase conversions is a completely different world. Luck is particularly involved here. So a person who works well and a person who makes a lot of money can never be the same. In fact, the standards that we know to be good at work are more often than you think made from the company’s business relationship, rather than the standards made from the starting standards. So, no matter how well they are recognized for their work, most of them lose their pulse in the bloody market where they have to make money.

Depending on the nature of the market and the context of the products sold, the ability of people who make good money will be different. Still, people who generally achieve excellent economic performance do not try to achieve good results by vaguely working hard. There are many cases where the focus is always on efficiency, how to achieve more with less effort.
Another characteristic of people who make money well is that they make good use of other people’s abilities. This is one of the stark differences between a person who works hard and does his best alone and a person who makes money well. No matter how hard I try, the limit is clear. However, by collaborating with others to complement my weaknesses and creating synergy, I can maximize the effort I put in several times. In addition, if you pay the appropriate cost and outsource certain parts, you can do something that creates greater added value in that time. If this is successful, sales and profits will increase more and more.
It is not just about living hard, but serious consideration is needed to connect efforts to results. Once you’ve found the answer, you need a strategy to transform performance into success. If you start to increase your understanding one step at a time, you will find yourself making good money at some point.
