A company becomes a real hell the moment OO drops

Many people want to walk the smooth road of life, but suffocating difficulties periodically visit us. In fact, you cannot avoid bad luck that is outside your control. Regardless of their intentions, I offer my condolences to everyone who is in a difficult situation. However, if you look closely at life, most of the things that really bother us are man-made disasters, not natural disasters.

Especially when things are not going well, even the smallest incident can have a big impact on your life. For example, you have to take an important exam and you get the flu. If you get the flu normally, you’ll just suffer for a few days, but if you catch the flu at the fateful timing when you have to make a result, the flu you got at that time becomes an unlucky flu that can control your life.

From that point of view, if you lose your stamina in the company, your life becomes difficult. The stamina we are talking about here does not refer to productivity, which is how much more a salary earner who has not escaped from the ideology of eating and living can work. It means the power to sustain my life itself so that it does not collapse.

Difficult situations in the company can be divided into two major categories: work and personal relationships. Doing daily repetitive tasks doesn’t actually require a lot of stamina. But always the problem is when the unexpected happens. When you are assigned to a new job due to an organizational reorganization that you did not expect at all, it is a time when you really need physical strength. Because you have to learn while working, the two situations overlap, and the notice you receive because you are poor at work is a plus alpha. Unfortunately, most are not prepared for emergencies. That is why self-development is usually necessary. Mentally, you have to study so that your head is always tight, and physically, you have to be prepared for overtime work to learn the job without problems in the event of an unexpected situation. It’s not a big deal, but if you’re prepared for this kind of situation, you can make your work life much easier. why? As mentioned earlier, most people always thoroughly ignore and ignore invisible dangers.

Surprisingly, it is human relations that consume a lot of physical strength. In particular, since most workplaces in Korea have a very vertical structure that mixes longevity and pay, there are too many ‘human’ relationships that bother us other than work. It is easy to misunderstand in a situation where communication is difficult because it is physically difficult, not mentally. Since the other person doesn’t have any interests, there’s no way to know if I’m not in a bad mood or if I’m struggling because my stamina is exhausted. When misunderstandings start to pile up like this, there are so many cases where misunderstandings become embers and become problems when you are truly unlucky. And even if you don’t intend to, if you get sick often, you will unconsciously lose trust in the other person. It can never blame the other person. It’s because what I couldn’t do at the company becomes an additional task for someone.

When you get hit by company life, you naturally neglect your physical fitness. But that is the beginning of a vicious cycle. Physical strength is the pillar that supports our lives. That means when your stamina collapses, everything collapses. On the contrary, even if you only support your physical strength, you can gain a greater competitiveness in your work life than you think. If I can be competitive and take care of my health, it seems very clear what choice we should make.
